Pens that have been misused or abused are not covered by this warranty.
We will correct the problem at our expense.
Vintage Pens may only be returned for refund if they are returned in the same condition in which they were sold.
Vintage Pens may be returned for full refund within 10 days of purchase.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
